Abigail Winter is a seasoned managing consultant at SHL, with expertise in leading complex international projects focused on talent selection, assessment, and development. Since May 2019, Abigail has spearheaded numerous large-scale initiatives, including a volume recruitment strategy for a major telecom organization and the creation of competency frameworks. Prior experience includes roles as a senior and assessment consultant at Cappfinity, where Abigail oversaw project delivery and designed tailored talent solutions for various sectors. Early career experiences include HR support and volunteer roles in assessment at the University of Sheffield and International Service UK. Abigail holds a Master of Science in Occupational Psychology and a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from respected universities.
