Frédéric Magnen

Frédéric Magnen has a diverse work experience in various positions and industries. Frédéric started their career at People Search International as the Bank/Insurance Division Manager from February 2008 to June 2009. Frédéric then joined Selescope as a Senior Consultant in November 2009 and worked until July 2014, focusing on client portfolio development and managing assessment and recruitment projects. In January 2015, they joined SHL as Senior Account Manager, where they consistently exceeded targets and generated significant revenue through strategic client management and international leadership assessment program deployment. Most recently, Frédéric Magnen has assumed the role of Head of Sales Europe North at SHL starting in January 2022.

Frédéric Magnen earned their Master in Management (MIM) degree in Business/Finance from ESSEC Business School from 2003 to 2007.
