Jamie Keir

Jamie Keir is a seasoned finance executive with extensive experience in leading financial operations and strategy across various organizations. Currently serving as the Chief Financial Officer at SHL since May 2024, Jamie previously held the same position at Planet from September 2014 to January 2024, where Jamie played a pivotal role in scaling the business and managing two private equity sale transactions. Prior to that, Jamie was the Corporate FP&A Director at Dell from June 2004 to May 2014, driving key financial processes and participating in significant corporate transactions. Jamie's earlier roles included EMEA Senior Accounting Manager and FP&A Manager at Dell, where Jamie implemented various process improvements and drove financial performance across multiple regions. Jamie holds a CIMA certification and graduated from Oxford Brookes University.
