Rakesh Hans

Rakesh Hans currently serves as the Deputy General Manager of Credential Marketing at SHL since July 2020, following a successful tenure as Senior Manager in the same division. Prior experience includes a role as Senior Manager of Marketing at Aspiring Minds, where Rakesh led campus marketing and executed comprehensive marketing strategies, including email campaigns and marketing communication development. Rakesh also held positions as Client Servicing and Marketing Manager at Aspiring Minds and Marketing Manager at SMSCountry/160by2, where responsibilities encompassed branding, event sponsorship, and business development activities. Rakesh began a career as a Graduate Engineer Trainee at Hindustan Construction Company after earning a B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering from the National Institute of Technology, Srinagar, and an MBA in Marketing & Retail from Rai Business School, Delhi.
