William Pearce

William Pearce is a seasoned professional in project management and localisation, currently serving as a Senior Scoping & Project Management Consultant at SHL since April 2018, where responsibilities include managing global teams in the delivery of new and upgraded assessment products. Prior to this role, William held various positions at CEB, now Gartner, from August 2009 to March 2018, including Localisation Consultant and Managed Services Manager, overseeing a team responsible for client recruitment and development projects. Earlier experience includes roles as a Translator/Proofreader and English Language Teacher. William holds an MA in Translation from the University of Birmingham and a BA in Economics and German from Keele University, supplemented by a year at Kiel University.
