Matt Powell

Matt Powell has a diverse work experience in the healthcare industry. Matt started their career in 1991 as a Territory Sales Associate at Marion Merrell Dow, where they worked until 1995. Matt then moved on to DePuy Orthopedic Company as a Sales Representative for a brief period. From 1996 to 2003, Matt worked as a Senior Territory Manager at Kendall-LTP Corporation. Following this, they established their own business, AXIO Technologies, where they served as the Owner/President until 2008. In that role, they focused on scanning and microfilming services, with a specialization in healthcare customers. Afterward, they joined Covidien as a Senior Hernia Specialist, where they managed all aspects of the hernia business and achieved revenue targets until 2014. From 2014 to 2023, Matt held various roles at Cardiovascular Systems, Inc., including Senior District Sales Manager, Regional Sales Manager, and Regional Sales Director. Matt is currently working as a Regional Sales Director at Shockwave Medical since 2023.

Matt Powell attended The University of Tulsa from 1986 to 1990, where they obtained a degree in Business with a focus on Marketing.
