Yoshifumi Tachi

Yoshifumi Tachi has extensive work experience in financial planning and analysis, with a focus on the healthcare industry. Yoshifumi started their career at Sumitomo Mitsui Trust Bank Limited as a Sales Representative from 2004 to 2006. Yoshifumi then joined GE in 2006 as part of their Financial Management Program, where they worked until 2009. Yoshifumi continued their financial career at GE Healthcare as an FP&A Analyst in the Life Sciences Division from 2009 to 2011. Yoshifumi then transitioned to the role of Services Finance FP&A Analyst from 2011 to 2013. Yoshifumi Tachi then moved to GE Capital as Manager of Financial Planning Analysis - Reporting and Analytics from 2013 to 2014. In 2015, they joined Boston Scientific as an FP&A Principal Analyst and subsequently became the FP&A Manager. In 2017, they were promoted to Head of Business Operations, Interventional Cardiology Japan, a position they held until 2019. From 2019 to 2020, Yoshifumi Tachi worked as the Business Unit CFO, Thermal Solutions at Marelli. Currently, they serve as the Strategy Director at Shockwave Medical, Inc.

Yoshifumi Tachi obtained a Bachelor's degree in International Economics from Aoyama Gakuin University in 2004. Later, in 2017, they earned a CPA certification from the Washington State Board of Accountancy. Yoshifumi further pursued their education and completed an MBA in Design & Leadership for Societal Innovation from Shizenkan University between 2019 and 2021, specializing in Leadership and Innovation.
