Desiree Navarro

Desiree Navarro, MBA, SHRM-SCP, SPHR, currently serves as the Chief Human Resources Officer at Shodair since July 2021 and functions as the Pacific West Membership Advisory Council Representative for SHRM since January 2023. Navarro has an extensive background in human resources, having held various roles at AAA MountainWest from September 2009 to July 2021, including Director of Human Resources and Talent Management Specialist. Previous positions include customer service at SpeedPress Sign Supply, Medicare Specialist II at Acelity, and various roles in the hospitality and retail sectors. Navarro holds a Master's degree in Business Administration from the University of Liverpool and a Bachelor's degree in Business and Communications from The University of Montana-Western.
