Nick Weaver

Nick Weaver has extensive experience in retail management and customer service, currently serving as General Store Manager at Shoe Carnival, Inc. since January 2002, where responsibilities include overseeing a team of over 20 employees and managing all aspects of sales, hiring, training, and loss prevention. Prior to this role, Nick worked at Sears Holdings Corporation from June 1995 to December 2002 in large ticket sales, assisting customers with significant purchases and cultivating a loyal client base. Nick's career began as a Construction Laborer at Crites and Sons Contracting from May 1997 to January 2001, gaining hands-on experience in various construction tasks. Nick holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Human Resources Management from Tiffin University, earned between 1997 and 2001.
