Mykola Kustlyvy began their work experience in 2017 as a Marketing Specialist at Booking Ninjas. During their time there, they focused on setting up email conversion cycles, cleaning email lists, and providing advice on social media marketing and website development.

In 2018, Mykola joined UAWC - AdWords and Facebook marketing as a Marketing Specialist. Mykola managed and optimized Google Ads campaigns, executed marketing campaigns on Facebook and Instagram, and used Google Analytics for user behavior assessment and e-commerce analytics. Mykola later became an Account Manager, advising B2C and B2B clients on marketing strategies and overseeing reports from PPC specialists.

In 2020, Mykola founded Banka Agency and worked as a Digital Marketing Consultant. Their responsibilities included optimizing paid advertising channels, collaborating with design teams on creative briefs, and consulting influencers and small brands on marketing strategy.

Most recently, in 2022, Mykola joined Shoelace as a Growth Marketer, where they are currently employed.

Mykola Kustlyvy obtained a Master's degree in Information Technology from the State University of Telecommunications from 2019 to 2021. In addition to their formal education, they have received several certifications. In December 2018, they obtained the certifications for Networking Fundamentals from Juniper Networks and The Fundamentals of Digital Marketing from Google. In November 2018, they obtained the Marketing Fundamentals certification from Smartly by Pedago. In May 2020, they obtained the Google Ads Display Certification, Google Ads Search Certification, Google Analytics Individual Qualification, and Shopping ads Certification from Google. Finally, in June 2021, they obtained the Marketing: Conversion Rate Optimization certification from LinkedIn.
