Elyse Small

Elyse Small has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Elyse began their career in 1990 at Pizza Hut, where they held various roles including General Manager, Area Trainer, Assistant Manager, Shift Manager, Waitress, and Cook. During their time at Pizza Hut, they were responsible for managing customer service, finance, training, and budget controls at the store level.

In 1996, Elyse joined MSC Industrial Supply as an Accounts Payable professional, a role they held until 2002. Elyse then transitioned to Package All Corporation, where they worked as a Quality Coordinator, conducting audits, implementing quality improvements, and overseeing incoming/outgoing material inspections.

From 2011 to 2015, Elyse worked at The Packaging Design Group as a Customer Service Manager and Quality Manager, responsible for managing customer relationships, implementing quality standards, and optimizing work flow.

In 2015, Elyse became a Business Owner at Yaymaker, where they turned their passion for the paint 'n sip industry into a successful business. Elyse ran the business until 2021, creating a welcoming environment for customers to enjoy painting with friends.

In 2019, Elyse joined Impressionable Years Child Care Center as an Operations Manager, overseeing the center's day-to-day operations. Elyse held this role until 2021 when they joined NuGen Packaging as an Account Coordinator, managing client accounts and coordinating their needs.

Most recently, Elyse joined Shoes For Crews in 2023 as a Client Success Account Manager, ensuring the success and satisfaction of the company's clients.

Throughout their career, Elyse has demonstrated strong organizational skills, customer service expertise, and a drive for continuous improvement.

Elyse Small has an Associate of Arts degree in Health Care Administration from the University of Phoenix, which they obtained in 2009. In 1991, they attended Suffolk County Community College for Liberal Arts studies. Elyse Small recently completed their Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Management from the University of Phoenix in 2021.
