Matthew Bayley

Matthew Bayley has an extensive work experience spanning several companies and roles. Their most recent position is as the Manager of IT Engineering Support at Shoes For Crews since April 2023. Prior to that, they worked as a Desktop Support Technician at the same company from June 2019 to May 2023, providing technical support for various hardware and software systems.

Before joining Shoes For Crews, Matthew worked as a Desktop Support Analyst at Auxis from July 2015 to June 2019, where they provided technical support to clients. Matthew also worked as a Tech Analyst at HCA for a brief period in June 2015, providing computer support across the facility.

Matthew Bayley attended Pleasantville High School from 1994 to 1998, where they earned a Regular/General High School/Secondary Diploma. Matthew then went on to Berkeley College from 1998 to 2000 and obtained an Associate degree in Hotel & Restaurant Management. In 1999, they also completed a Comptia's A+ program at Tristone Technologies. Matthew later obtained additional certifications, including an Apple Certified Helpdesk Specialist from Apple in February 2005 and a Comptia A+ certification from CompTIA in June 2001.
