Matthew then went on to Berkeley College from 1998 to 2000 and obtained an Associate degree in Hotel & Restaurant Management. In 1999, they also completed a Comptia's A+ program at Tristone Technologies. Matthew later obtained additional certifications, including an Apple Certified Helpdesk Specialist from Apple in February 2005 and a Comptia A+ certification from CompTIA in June 2001.
