Troy Kachurka has a diverse work experience that spans over a decade. Troy started their career in 2008 as the Director of CRM and Loyalty Rewards at PetSmart, a position they held for two years. Troy then moved on to Michaels Stores, Inc., where they served as the Director of CRM and Loyalty Rewards for a year.

In 2011, Troy joined The Home Depot as a Senior Manager of CRM. Troy later transitioned to a role at Galderma in 2012, where they worked as the Category & Shopper Insights Manager for seven years, contributing to the development of brand strategies and revenue projections.

After leaving Galderma, Troy worked at Interstate Batteries as a Category Manager, leading the analytics and data storytelling initiatives. Troy then joined Pier 1 as the Director of CRM, Insights & Analytics, where they focused on delivering revenue and profit through data-driven insights and automated marketing solutions.

Troy's entrepreneurial spirit led him to create two ventures in 2020. Troy established Buydeas, LLC, a company that designs cutting-edge product innovation and addresses problems with unique solutions. Troy also founded Cotton Mouth Cure, which is dedicated to providing oral freshness and hygiene with a chewable toothpaste product.

In 2022, Troy joined Amway as the Head of CRM, overseeing customer relationship management initiatives. Most recently, they took on the role of Director of CRM and Retention Marketing at Shoes For Crews in 2023.

Throughout their career, Troy has demonstrated a strong focus on CRM, insights, analytics, and marketing technology. Troy has been involved in various aspects of strategic planning, market research, and driving revenue growth.
