Romain Chomette currently serves as Regional People Partner at Bolt, starting in March 2024. Previously, Romain held the position of HR Partner for France at Lufthansa from June 2023 to November 2023, providing operational HR support across multiple legal entities. Prior roles include RRH and EMEA Partner at LANXESS, where Romain managed HR operations and social relations, and HR Partner at Bird, responsible for comprehensive HR support in a scale-up environment. Romain has also worked in various HR capacities at XPO Logistics, RIVP, OCEAN, and La Prairie Switzerland, while gaining international experience in New Zealand, Indonesia, and Australia. Educational qualifications include a Master 2 in Human Resource Management from SUP des RH, along with earlier degrees in HR and business administration.
