Lisa Faragher

Lisa Faragher is a Principal Corporate Associate at Shoosmiths, with previous experience as a Corporate Senior Solicitor at Stephenson Law, and an Associate Corporate Solicitor at Hamlins LLP. With a strong background in corporate law, Lisa has worked with a variety of clients on matters such as share and asset acquisitions, private equity investments, and corporate restructures. Lisa's legal career started as a Litigation Executive at IBB Law, following the completion of their LPC with Distinction at BPP Law School and a Bachelor of Laws degree with a 2:1 from the University of Southampton.
