Nick Valentine

Nick Valentine is an accomplished finance professional with extensive experience in financial leadership roles across various industries. Currently serving as the Chief Financial Officer at Shooting Star Casino since January 2015, Nick oversees all financial operations for the casino, hotel, and related businesses in Mahnomen, MN, and a new facility near Bagley, MN. Previously, Nick held interim Controller positions at Celadon Systems, Controller at CIMA LABS INC, and Director of Finance for the Minnesota Vikings, where financial management during the Salary Cap implementation was crucial. Early career roles included senior positions at Tonka Corporation and Kenner Products, leading internal audit, tax planning, and costing operations. Nick holds an MBA in Finance from Xavier University and a BS in Accounting from the University of Cincinnati.
