Jimmy van Dijk

Jimmy van Dijk has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries.

Jimmy started their career as a Webmaster at Jeroen Bosch College in 2003 and worked there until 2006.

After that, Jimmy worked as a Chef de partie garde-manger at Restaurant 't Oude Veerhuis from 2004 to 2007, where they were responsible for preparing cold dishes and assisting in kitchen activities.

In 2007, they joined Mise en Place as a Project Leader and Trainer, managing groups of employees during projects in the hospitality industry. Jimmy also served as the Communication Officer in 2010, handling communication with customers. Jimmy'stenure at Mise en Place lasted until 2011.

During this time, Jimmy also volunteered at Escuela 6 de diciembre in Quito, Ecuador, from January 2011 to April 2011. Jimmy worked at a primary school, undertaking volunteer work and learning Spanish.

In 2011, Jimmy took on multiple roles at different organizations. Jimmy served as a part of the Advisory Committee at Erasmus Student Network (ESN) Tilburg, providing constructive criticism and feedback to the board. Jimmy was also the Chairman of the Mastercommittee at Study Association POLIS, focusing on policy development for pre-master and master students.

From 2009 to 2010, Jimmy was actively involved in the Travel Committee and served as the Chairman of Study Association POLIS, organizing a trip to Morocco for 30 students. Jimmy also held the position of Board Member, coordinating activities and managing the association's contact with bookshops.

In 2009, Jimmy worked as a Researcher at Loyalis, conducting research for the Dutch board of Secondary Education. The focus was on assessing a new reintegration program for incapacitated employees.

Jimmy'smost recent work experience is as the CEO/Co-owner of Shoots and More B.V. since September 2012. As part of the leadership team, they played a significant role in the development of the organization, which has studios in multiple cities across the Netherlands.

Jimmy van Dijk began their education at Jeroen Bosch College in 2000, where they obtained their Atheneum degree in Economics and Society in June 2006. Jimmy then went on to pursue a Bachelor's degree in Organization Studies at Tilburg University, graduating in December 2010. After completing their Bachelor's degree, Jimmy continued their studies at Tilburg University and obtained a Master's degree in Organization Studies in August 2012.
