Xiaqing (Sunny) Bai's work experience is as follows:

- Head of Product on TikTok Project at Shop LIT Live since July 2022 (current position).

- Head of Product at Shop LIT Live from January 2020 to November 2022. As the first employee of the livestream shopping startup, they led a team of developers and designers to build a comprehensive livestream shopping platform on iOS, Android, Website, Shopify App, and Merchant Fulfillment Center. Xiaqing (Sunny) worked closely with the CEO on product foundation and direction, incorporating marketing and business development planning.

- Investment Associate at CRCM Ventures from September 2015 to October 2022.

- VP Communication at AIESEC United States from January 2012 to June 2012. Xiaqing (Sunny) was a member awarded for their contributions and successfully created campaign material. Xiaqing (Sunny) also managed external management with alumni and supervisors.
