Ji Hye Park

Ji Hye Park has an extensive and diverse work experience spanning multiple companies and roles. Starting in 2005 as a service design intern at Samsung Electronics, they went on to work at Fjord as an interaction designer and later as a service design lead. Ji Hye then joined dream:st as the COO, overseeing the design and development of an online experience. Ji Hye furthered their career at Kinsu as a consultant and head of product & design, where they played a crucial role in reimagining personal insurance. Ji Hye's next venture was at Impossible Labs, where they served as a group design director and contributed to building startups and developing the Planet Centric Design toolkit. Ji Hye then joined BCG Digital Ventures as a principal and director of experience design, leading the design and launch of various products. Ji Hye also held roles at Boston Consulting Group (BCG) and HonorEd Technology. Their most recent positions include head of product at VIDA & Co. and chief of staff at One League. Throughout their career, Ji Hye has consistently demonstrated their expertise in design, product development, and team leadership.

Ji Hye Park's education history begins in 1995 when they enrolled at Sherborne School for Girls. Ji Hye completed their secondary education there and graduated in 2000. In 2002, they attended Cologne University of Applied Sciences, where they focused on service design. It is not mentioned whether they obtained a degree from this institution. From 2003 to 2004, Ji Hye Park pursued a Master's degree in Industrial & Strategic design, specifically focusing on Design User Research, at Aalto University. Lastly, Ji Hye Park attended The Glasgow School of Art from 2000 to 2007, where they obtained a Master's degree in Design & Social Sciences.
