Anup Pillai

Anup Pillai leads Operations and Automation teams at ShopBack, focusing on optimizing and scaling operations for the Financial Services BU. Previously, Anup was the Director of Business Intelligence and Experimentation at iprice group, where Anup built the Data Department and led strategic initiatives. Anup also worked as a Special Project Manager at TSC, managed a research project at Google, and led the Global Operations Team at McKinsey & Company. With a background in System Engineering at Tata Consultancy Services, Anup holds an MBA from INSEAD and a Bachelor's degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering.
