Jane Lim has a diverse work experience that spans multiple industries. Jane currently holds the role of Senior Account Manager at ShopBack, a position they have held since November 2022.

Prior to their current role, Jane worked at Agoda for six years. Jane started as a Market Coordinator in June 2016 and held this position until July 2018. In August 2018, they transitioned to the role of Accommodation Service Specialist, which they held until August 2019. From September 2019 to November 2022, they served as an Assistant Market Manager, where they developed strong client relationships and utilized data analysis to enhance product offerings and drive profitability.

Before their time at Agoda, Jane worked as an Operation Supervisor at Container Hotel Group from June 2014 to March 2016. Jane also gained valuable experience as a Business Development Intern at Nestlé from January 2013 to June 2013.

Jane's career began with an internship at JW Marriott, where they worked as an Internship Trainee in Wedding Sales from November 2011 to April 2012.

Jane Lim obtained a Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Administration/Management from Taylor's University, where they studied from 2009 to 2014. In addition to their degree, they also obtained a certification as a Certified Strategic Account Manager (CSAM) from Agoda in December 2021.
