In 2018, they worked as a Creative Intern at the University of Malaya, where they efficiently managed various design projects and collaborated with web designers and supervisors to deliver innovative design solutions. Joon Meng also played a role in enhancing the university's online presence through the creation of engaging social media posts.

From 2019 to 2020, Joon Meng W. worked as a 3D Designer at Globez Sdn Bhd, where they designed captivating exhibition booths for local and international companies. Joon Meng maintained a high client confirmation rate and collaborated closely with project executives to ensure exceptional designs within budget constraints and project timelines. Joon Meng also created technical drawings and specifications to ensure accurate construction.

In 2021, Joon Meng W. joined AirAsia as an Executive Designer. Joon Meng developed and executed high-quality visuals for campaign launches, adhering to brand guidelines and maintaining consistency across marketing materials. Joon Meng actively participated in brainstorming sessions to develop comprehensive campaign concepts and successfully designed and launched various marketing assets, leading to an increase in sales.

Currently, Joon Meng W. is working at ShopBack as a Creative Designer, starting in 2022. In this role, they collaborate with the creative team to produce high-quality artwork for digital, mobile/app, and print touchpoints. Joon Meng works closely with the marketing team to develop visually appealing creative toolkits, improve workflow efficiency, and propose innovative concept ideas for campaigns.

Joon Meng W. pursued their education chronologically starting from 2014. Joon Meng attended Multimedia University from 2014 to 2015, where they obtained a Foundation in Management degree. Later, they continued their education at Multimedia University from 2015 to 2019, focusing on Advertising Design and obtaining a Bachelor of Multimedia (Hons.) degree.
