Najiha Radzif has a diverse work experience spanning several companies. Najiha began their career in 2016 as an Event Management Group Intern at Kumpulan Media Karangkraf, where they assisted with event planning and artist coordination. In 2017, they joined FashionValet as a Sales Associate, a role they held until 2019. During this time, they gained valuable experience in sales and customer service. In 2018, Najiha interned as an Events & Operations Intern at Chojeom International. In this role, they contributed to event coordination and operations. In 2019, they joined The Boom Beverage Sdn. Bhd. as a Marketing Assistant, where they managed social media platforms and supported marketing initiatives. Najiha later transitioned to the role of International Trade Executive, where they focused on expanding the company's international imports. Most recently, Najiha joined ShopBack in 2021 as a Customer Service Executive. Najiha currently holds this position, utilizing their strong customer service skills to support the company's customers.

Najiha Radzif attended SK Convent Kajang from 2003 to 2008, where they completed their Ujian Pencapaian Sekolah Rendah (UPSR). Najiha then attended SMK Bukit Jelutong from 2009 to 2011 and obtained their Peperiksaan Menengah Rendah (PMR). From 2012 to 2013, Najiha attended SMK Bukit Jelutong and completed their Sijil Pelajaran Malaysia (SPM) in the Arts Stream. Najiha went on to Kaplan College and pursued a Diploma in Event Management from 2014 to 2016. Najiha continued their education at Kaplan College from 2016 to 2019, earning a Bachelor in Event Management (HONS).
