Raymond H.

Raymond H. has extensive work experience in the field of risk management and analytics. Raymond is currently working as the Head of Risk at ShopBack since November 2021. Prior to this, they held multiple roles at Klarna, starting as an Analytics Manager for US Underwriting in October 2019. Raymond then progressed to become an Analytics Manager for New Markets Underwriting in January 2020, and later an Analytics Lead for Underwriting Asia Pacific in October 2020. In their role at Klarna, Raymond led teams, implemented credit risk strategies, and managed cross-functional dependencies.

Before joining Klarna, Raymond worked as a Senior Credit Risk at Worldpay from September 2018 to September 2019. Raymond also has prior experience at Westpac, where they held various positions including Credit Risk Manager from May 2017 to September 2018, Relationship Manager from January 2012 to May 2017, and Credit Risk Analyst from October 2010 to January 2012.

Raymond's work experience also includes a role as a Basketball Coach at the NSW Department of Education and Communities from September 2006 to December 2010.

Raymond H. has a Bachelor of Commerce degree in Finance and Accounting from the University of Sydney. Raymond completed their Higher School Certificate at Sydney Boys High School. Currently, they are a CFA Candidate at the CFA Institute, which they started in 2019 and is expected to complete in 2021.
