Yishan Teo

Yishan Teo is currently an Assistant Manager at ShopBack, where they work closely with the Chief of Staff, CEO, and People Team to drive employee engagement, culture, and employer branding across 9 regional markets. Prior to this, they held roles at the Ministry of Trade and Industry, National University of Singapore, Singapore Tourism Board, and Singapore Marriott Tang Plaza Hotel. Yishan holds a Bachelor of Social Sciences (Hons) in Psychology from the National University of Singapore.
