Cindy Zheng Yan

Cindy Zheng Yan is an experienced HR professional currently serving as an HRBP for Regional Product at Shopee since June 2018. In this role, Cindy has successfully built and led a talent acquisition team, closely partnering with business units to address manpower needs and implement talent retention strategies. Prior to Shopee, Cindy worked at Pactera from June 2012 to June 2018, where responsibilities included leading recruitment efforts and achieving significant team restructures and recognition, such as being a nominee for the CEO Award and winning the Inspiring Award. Cindy holds two bachelor's degrees from Guangxi University, one in Business Administration and Management and another in English Language and Literature.
