Crystal Cheah is currently the Content Operations Lead for E-Commerce Product Compliance at Shopee, where they oversee policy development and training to ensure platform compliance. They previously worked as a Regional Legal Counsel at Zuellig Pharma and served as Legal Counsel at Linc Shared Services from 2020 to 2022. Their legal career includes experience as an Associate at Gan Partnership, where they focused on trademark infringement and the Personal Data Protection Act. Crystal's initial legal training began with internships at various organizations, including Gan Partnership and the Malaysia Centre for Constitutionalism and Human Rights. They hold an LLB (Hons.) from the University of Reading and a Certificate in Legal Practice from Brickfields Asia College.
