Erae Sheen

Erae Sheen is an experienced professional with a strong background in product management and business development, currently serving as Product and Ops Team Lead for Korea and Japan, as well as Incubation Team Lead at Shopee since November 2019. Previously held the position of Business Development Manager at Shopee and was a Restaurant Partner Onboarding Manager at Uber, where notable efficiencies resulted in a significant reduction in restaurant onboarding time. As a co-founder of BeautyPass, Erae Sheen was instrumental in setting company strategies and developing investment materials. Additional experience includes managing international partnerships at Lazada and various roles focused on vendor onboarding and acquisition. Erae Sheen holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee and has also engaged in research and freelance translation work.
