Ervan Fauzan

Ervan Fauzan is a professional in Learning and Development with current experience at GUE Ecosystem, focusing on creating a comprehensive learning environment and fulfilling training needs across departments since February 2023. Previously, at Zenius from October 2021 to October 2022, Ervan developed advanced employee programs to enhance content production, conducted Training Needs Analysis, designed development programs, and created learning materials. Ervan also completed an Educators Development Program with distinction. An internship at the Coordinating Ministry for Political, Legal, and Security Affairs of Indonesia involved researching international issues and managing communications. Ervan holds a Bachelor's degree in International Relations from Universitas Islam Negeri Jakarta, obtained in 2021.
