Jolene Teng

Jolene Teng is a finance professional with extensive experience in regional finance, policies, and controls, currently working at Shopee since May 2024. Prior to this, Jolene served as a Regional Senior Finance Executive at ShopBack from October 2021 to May 2024, where responsibilities included overseeing the group’s revenue recognition process across 11 countries, ensuring compliance with Singapore’s tax and audit regulations, and preparing monthly management accounts. Jolene's career also includes significant roles at Deloitte, starting as an Audit Intern in 2017 and advancing to Senior, where guidance was provided to junior auditors and leadership was demonstrated during various audits. Jolene began an academic journey in accountancy with a Bachelor's degree from Nanyang Technological University Singapore (2017-2020) and a Diploma from Ngee Ann Polytechnic (2014-2017).
