Karen Perez

Karen Perez is an experienced professional with a strong background in operations and human resources. Currently serving as the Director and Head of HR COE at Shopee, Karen oversees various functional areas including employee retention, onboarding, compliance, and organizational development. Prior roles include Head of Operations at Shopee, Head of eCommerce Operations at Sea, and Head of Performance Analytics at Lazada Group. Karen's earlier experience includes logistics planning and process analysis at Coca-Cola FEMSA and Coca-Cola Bottlers Philippines, where responsibilities ranged from supply chain management to training and development initiatives. Karen holds a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering from the University of the Philippines.
