Victor Cassini is an experienced professional with a robust background in operations, project management, and demand planning. Currently serving as Seller Ops Project and Data Manager at Shopee since April 2021, Victor has effectively managed projects that improved seller experience and features, significantly enhancing Net Promoter Score (NPS) and reducing contact rates and order cancellations. Previously, Victor held the position of FP&A and Demand Planning Manager at Sestini, where responsibilities included creating the Demand Planning Area and overseeing sales forecasts.
