Mònica Morera Vila serves as the Head of Global Communications and Events at ShopFully since September 2019, where responsibilities include leading a high-performing team to implement strategic communication initiatives across various regions, with a focus on enhancing brand awareness and market presence. Additionally, Mònica is the owner of Mulier & Co on Etsy, specializing in handmade jewelry and accessories. Previous experience includes roles at Beintoo, where Mònica led communication strategies and managed product launches, as well as positions at Mattel, Inc. and Roca Junyent, focusing on marketing and public relations. Mònica holds multiple degrees in marketing and communication from esteemed institutions, including a Master’s degree from Università Bocconi and a Master in Digital Marketing Management from IEBS Biztech School.
