Baruch Salama

Baruch Salama has been working in the retail industry since 2003. Baruch started out as a Store Manager at McDonald's, where they were in charge of managing 60-70 employees. From 2006-2007, they managed 3 branches with 90 employees at the Hatzahav Mall branch in Rishon Letzion. From 2008-2010, they were a Distribution Manager at the logistics center, managing gatherers, warehouses, receiving and unloading merchandise, receiving containers, managing inventory and managing about 30 employees. In 2012, they joined H&M as a Store Manager, where they managed stores in G Center, Kfar Saba, Azrieli Mall, Tel Aviv, and Ayalon Mall, Ramat Gan. In 2022, they began working as a Store Success Manager at Shopic.

Baruch Salama has a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics and Human Resources from Bar-Ilan University, obtained between 2020 and 2022. Prior to this, they studied Mechanical Engineering at Amal Rabin, Nahariya from 1998 to 2000.
