Nitzan Horovitz

Nitzan Horovitz has a diverse work experience in the field of software engineering and team leadership. Nitzan is currently working as the ML SW Team Leader at Shopic, beginning in August 2022. Prior to this, they were the Engineering Team Leader at Corephotonics Ltd from January 2017 to August 2022.

Nitzan has also worked at Qualcomm as a Senior Embedded SW Engineer from January 2013 to December 2016. In this role, they were responsible for leading the software development and hardware validation of various controllers embedded in Qualcomm's Snapdragon application processor.

Before joining Qualcomm, Nitzan worked as an Undergraduate Embedded SW Engineer at PMC-Sierra from June 2010 to December 2012.

Nitzan began their career in the Israel Defence Forces as an Infantry Soldier and Commander from January 2004 to December 2006.

Overall, Nitzan has demonstrated strong technical skills in software engineering and has gained valuable leadership experience in their various roles.

Nitzan Horovitz completed their high school education at Hadassim from the years 2000 to 2003, during which they focused on the field of physics. They then pursued further studies in electrical and electronics engineering at Tel Aviv University, where they earned a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) degree from 2009 to 2012. Nitzan subsequently continued their education at Tel Aviv University, completing a Master of Science (M.Sc.) degree in electrical and electronics engineering from 2014 to 2017.
