Yafit Chayon is currently the VP of Customer Success & Sales Operations at Shopic. Yafit has held this position since February 2021. Prior to their current role, Yafit served as the COO at SGN Satellite Telecommunications from January 2015 to February 2021. In this role, they led the operations, engineering, sales, project management and customer success teams. Additionally, they managed the sales and senior account executive teams in Israel, Europe and Africa responsible for sales targets of tens of Millions of USD per year.

Before their role at SGN, Yafit served as the Director of Call Centers at Partner from January 2012 to December 2015. In this role, they were responsible for overseeing the call center operations. Prior to their role at Partner, Yafit served as the Customer Service and Retention Call Center Manager at 012Smile from January 2002 to December 2011. In this role, they were responsible for managing the customer service and retention team.

Before their career in telecommunications, Yafit served as a Human Resources Officer in the Israel Defense Forces from January 1997 to December 2000. In this role, they were responsible for overseeing the human resources operations for the military organization.

Yafit has a wealth of experience in leadership roles overseeing operations, engineering, sales, project management, customer success, and human resources. Yafit has a proven track record of success in meeting sales targets and managing distribution channels. Yafit is a highly skilled communicator and has a passion for helping others succeed.
