Farai Madzima

Farai Madzima is an experienced User Experience Manager at Shopify since November 2017, leading a multidisciplinary UX team to enhance ecommerce for merchants. Madzima has a diverse background in user experience design, having held positions such as Head of Experience Design and Digital Product Design Lead at Standard Bank Group, and UX Designer roles at notable firms including Freethinking Business Consultants and Ogilvy Johannesburg. Additionally, Madzima organizes the Pixel Up! conference, showcasing expertise in UX across various projects and industries.
