Jorge Muina

Jorge Muina currently serves as Senior Lead Talent in the Office of the CEO at Shopify, after holding various senior roles within the company including Senior Manager HR Business Partner and Lead Senior Manager Executive Recruiting, where contributions included executive searches for VP and C-level positions. Jorge's experience also includes a volunteer role as an executive board member for the Fort York Food Bank, as well as building executive search capabilities at Uber in international markets. Previous roles include Senior Associate at Spencer Stuart and positions in international trade and banking at the Economic and Commercial Office of Spain in Düsseldorf and Hogan Lovells respectively. Education credentials include an MBA from ICEX-CECO, a Master's from the University of Bucharest, and dual Bachelor's degrees in Laws and Political Sciences from Universidad Complutense de Madrid.
