Udhay Gill

Udhay Gill currently serves as Director of Corporate Development and Director of Strategic Finance at Shopify, focusing on acquisitions, investments, and strategic initiatives since January 2020. Prior to this role, Udhay worked at Scotiabank from 2014 to 2019, initially as an Associate Analyst in Equity Research with a focus on technology and later as an Equity Research Associate, covering technology and media sectors. Udhay's experience also includes a position as a Corporate Banking Analyst at Scotiabank in 2013 and as a Business Analyst Co-op at BlackBerry in 2012. Udhay holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from McMaster University and a Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Biophysics from Western University, with additional education from the National University of Singapore.
