Richard Chapman

Richard Chapman is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in sales, operations, and strategic development across various industries. Currently serving as the National Accounts professional at Wanzl North America since April 2024 and Vice President of Sales at Shopko Optical since June 2020, Richard has successfully led retail and medical operations with full P&L responsibilities. Previously, as Chief Operating Officer and Managing Partner at Corner of the Sky, LLC, Richard implemented productivity enhancements that significantly boosted financial performance and customer satisfaction. Richard also held key leadership roles at Visionworks of America, where oversight included 740 stores, and at JoAnn Stores, where initiatives led to the development of numerous new locations. Richard's career began at HomePlace Inc. as Director of New Store Operations. Richard is pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management at Southern New Hampshire University, expected to complete in 2025.
