Vinny Tsai

Vinny Tsai is a Software Engineer at SHOPLINE, responsible for maintaining and debugging e-commerce products with a notable average solving rate of 85% weekly, in addition to developing an internal ERP dashboard using SCRUM methodology. Prior to this role, Vinny completed a challenging Back-End Developer Trainee program at AppWorks School, contributing to an e-commerce project and a personal project within tight timeframes. Vinny began a career as a Research Assistant at 東吳大學, contributing to decision-making literature reviews, and gained early customer service experience at Dorney Park & Wildwater Kingdom.
