Teresa Condicion has a long history of work experience in the FMCG industry. Teresa is currently the Co-Founder and CEO of Shoplinks, a retail media software provider to ASEAN retailers. Prior to this, they were the Co-founder & CEO and Cofounder, Chief of Operations & Data Science at Snapcart, a company that applies AI to build the richest offline database of users in emerging markets. From 1998 to 2015, they worked at Procter & Gamble in various roles, including Senior Director Analytics and Insights ASEAN Region, Senior Director CMK- Gillette Asia, Regional Head, Consumer & Market Knowledge, Oral Care, Global ROI and Volume Forecasting Innovation Leader, CMK Manager Health Care, Hair Care, and Scientist. During their time at Procter & Gamble, they identified >MM$ opportunities for the ASEAN region, developed plans and led measurement for Direct to Consumer Marketing, developed brand strategies and portfolio design, developed a new forecast model for long purchase cycle categories, and drove growth of Hair Care in key markets. Teresa received several awards for their work, including a CEO award and Best Analysis in an Asia CMK Award.

Teresa Condicion obtained their BS in Chemical Engineering, Cumlaude from the University of Santo Tomas in 1998. In 2015, they completed a R Programming course through Coursera and an Intro to Java Programming course through Udacity. In 2016-2017, they completed a Deep Learning course through Udacity and a Statistics and Datamining (Semester 1) course through Singapore Polytechnic. In 2018 and 2019, they obtained certifications in Data Science Foundations: Data Engineering, DevOps for Data Scientists, Learning Hadoop, and Data Science on Google Cloud Platform: Designing Data Warehouses from LinkedIn.
