Nicole P.

Nicole P. has a diverse work experience. Nicole is currently working as the Chief Operating Officer at Shopmatic, a global e-commerce platform. Prior to this, they were the Chief of People at MatchMove, where they handled various HR functions and implemented strategic initiatives. Nicole also served as the Head of Partnerships and Talent Management at UpCode Academy, organizing a public hackathon to promote innovation. Nicole has a strong background in HR and operations, having held positions such as Senior Vice President and Head of Performance at MatchMove Pay. Nicole also co-founded a health supplement online store, Spirulina Asia LLP, and worked as a Recruitment Executive at Stoneforest AccountStaff.

Nicole P. attended Crescent Girls School from 1994 to 1997, where they obtained their GCE "O" Levels certification. In 1998, they attended Jurong Junior College, although no degree or field of study was mentioned. In 1999, they enrolled at Thames Business School and obtained a LCCI Diploma in Management Accounting. From 2006 to 2010, Nicole pursued a BSc. in Business at the University of London, focusing on Business Administration, Management, and Operations.

In addition to their formal education, Nicole has obtained several certifications. Nicole became a Certified Practitioner of Neuro-Linguistic Programming in October 2018 through Mind Transformations. In December 2018, they achieved the IHRP Senior Professional certification from the Institute for Human Resource Professionals (IHRP). Nicole also obtained a Certificate of Achievement in the HR Leadership Programme from the Human Capital Leadership Institute (HCLI) in March 2019. In July 2020, they completed the Mentor at Work certification from Republic Polytechnic and, in November 2020, obtained the Mentoring in the Innovation & Enterprise Ecosystem certification from the Centre for Professional and Continuing Education (PaCE@NTU).
