Noor Baizurah

Noor Baizurah has a diverse work experience spanning multiple roles and industries. They began their career in 2014 as a Software Engineer at AF Condition Monitoring (M) Sdn Bhd, where they were responsible for integrating user-facing elements and solving complex performance problems. In 2015, they worked as a Customer Service Representative at Scicom MSC Bhd, generating sales leads and assessing customer needs. In 2019, they joined Brilliance Information Sdn Bhd as an Information Technology Help Desk Technician, providing technical assistance to customers. They also worked as an SAP Data Analyst at Weir Minerals from 2019 to 2021, mastering the loading procedure for various objects and ensuring compliance with rules and dependencies. In 2022, they joined Shopmatic as a Buyer Support Executive, handling customer complaints and identifying customer needs. They later transitioned to the role of Quality Assurance Analyst, maintaining quality standards and reviewing support agents' conversations. Currently, they work as a Business Data Analyst at Shopmatic, collecting and analyzing data to identify insights and trends and developing reports and dashboards for stakeholders.

Noor Baizurah obtained their Bachelor's degree in Information Technology from Kuala Lumpur Metropolitan University College between the years 2016 and 2019. Prior to that, they obtained a Diploma in Computer Science from International Islamic University Malaysia between 2012 and 2014. Their secondary education was completed at SMK Taman Bukit Maluri, where they attended from Form 1 to Form 5 between the years 2007 and 2011.
