David Graves Pe, Qsd

David Graves, PE, QSD has extensive work experience in the field of development and civil engineering. David currently serves as the Vice President of Development at Shopoff Realty Investments, a position they have held since July 2021. Prior to this role, they worked as the Director of Development at the same company from August 2018 to August 2021.

Before joining Shopoff Realty Investments, David was the Director of Planning and Development at Pinnacle Residential from September 2015 to August 2018. David also has experience as the President of Graves Consulting, Inc. from March 2009 to October 2015.

David's earlier career includes roles such as Sr. Land Development Manager at Pardee Homes from July 2006 to February 2009 and Sr. Project Manager at MDS Consulting, Inc. from November 2003 to June 2006.

David started their career as a Civil Engineer at Bremner Graves Corporation in 1990 and has held various senior project management roles at companies such as Stantec (The Keith Companies), Adams Streeter Civil Engineers, Inc., and West Coast Design.

David obtained their Professional Engineer (PE) and Qualified Stormwater Developer (QSD) certifications and has demonstrated a strong track record in the real estate and development industry.

David Graves, PE, QSD earned their Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering from Oregon State University, where they studied from 1978 to 1983.
