Jennifer O'Donnell

Jennifer O'Donnell has extensive work experience in various roles, starting from 2000 until the present. Jennifer currently works at ShopPad Inc. as a Product Manager, where they strategically drive the growth and development of the company's automation app, MESA. Prior to this, they worked as a Project Manager at ShopPad Inc., from May 2016 to January 2022.

Before their time at ShopPad Inc., Jennifer worked as a Project Manager at Wente Vineyards in 2015, where they led projects from concept through production for marketing promotions, coupons, packaging, and advertising. Jennifer also served as a liaison between brand managers, creative design teams, and production facilities.

From 2008 to 2014, Jennifer worked as an Office Manager at Aimed Arrow, LLC., where they managed Quickbooks, prepared financial documents and tax reports, and maintained accounts payable. In 2008, they briefly worked as a Sales Associate at Hello!Lucky, where they managed the project management system and provided excellent customer service for custom print orders.

In 2007-2008, Jennifer worked as a Marketing Assistant at Constellation Brands, where they coordinated and prepared purchase orders for multiple brand teams and managed online repositories of collateral and sales tools. Jennifer also reconciled vendor invoices for Accounts Payable.

From 2005 to 2006, Jennifer held the position of Information Manager at Winston Retail, where they tracked and verified the performance of off-site merchandise coordinators, improved reporting tools, and prepared status reports for senior management. Lastly, from 2000 to 2005, they worked as an Office Assistant at Bayside Medical Group, Inc., where they evaluated patient insurance statistical data, trained new employees, and elevated customer service during staff shortages.

Jennifer O'Donnell received their Associate of Arts, Professional Designation in Merchandise Marketing from FIDM in 2004. Prior to that, they earned their Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration/Marketing from San Jose State University, graduating in 2003.
