Leticia Leão

Leticia Leão has been working in the field of Facilities since 2015. Leticia began their career as an Estagiário de Recursos Humanos at Loggi and then moved on to become the Assistente de Recursos Humanos. In the same company, they were later promoted to Coordenadora de Facilities, where they were responsible for managing the operations of the main office and branches, overseeing third-party teams, organizing events, purchasing supplies, controlling access, changing layouts, and responding to all facility-related calls. During their tenure, they implemented administrative processes online, organized the company's 3-year celebration, managed the construction of one of the logistics warehouses, and coordinated a social event at an orphanage to engage employees in social action. In 2019, they moved to Expresso nutri, where they took on the role of Coordenadora de facilities. In this role, they were responsible for maintaining the building to improve the quality of the organization's services, managing third-party labor (cleaning, maintenance, and security), purchasing materials, hiring new employees for the facilities team, and controlling working hours. Leticia also introduced processes and organized the monthly celebration of employee birthdays. Currently, Leticia is working as an Analista Facilities Pleno at Shopper.com.br.

Leticia Leão attended Universidade Paulista from 2014 to 2016, where they obtained a Tecnólogo degree in Gestão de Recursos Humanos.
