Anand Bundellu is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in Customer Relationship Management (CRM), loyalty programs, and analytics. Currently serving as AVP-CRM & Loyalty at Shoppers Stop since May 2021, Anand leads the First Citizen loyalty program and focuses on driving retention and repeat sales through hyper-personalization.
