Akram Shaikh

Akram Shaikh has worked in various roles in the Human Resources field since 2014. In 2014, they worked as a Training Coach at Faasos Foods Pvt Ltd. From 2016 to 2019, they worked as a Human Resources Assistant at Bnext - Wholesale Distribution System. In 2019, they began working as an Accounts and Operations Manager and Human Resources Manager at ShoppinPal. As Human Resources Manager, their duties included managing the entire gamut of HR functions such as talent acquisition, aptitude and skill tests, employee background verification, video interviewing, talent management, HR surveys, employee engagement, payroll and HR compliance, employee lifecycle management, performance management, exit interviews and attrition analysis.
