Michael Chen

Michael Chen is the VP of Business Operations at ShopShops. Michael has over 10 years of experience in business operations and has previously worked as a Director of Business Operations at Faherty Brand and as a Senior Financial Analyst at Ralph Lauren. Michael has also interned at Teradata in both the Beijing and San Francisco offices, where they worked as a Project Coordinator Intern and a Sales Assistant Intern, respectively. Michael Chen graduated from the University of California, Berkeley with a degree in Economics.

Michael Chen completed a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) at Pace University's Lubin School of Business, with a double major in Finance and International Management - East Asia Studies. Prior to this, they completed the International Baccalaureate Programme at Beijing Huijia Private School.

Michael Chen reports to Lauren Werner, COO. They work with and Irene Peng - VP, Operations.
